Buy a portable power supply/battery, for example the "Chargeit" for about $30, then use your phone's cigarette lighter charger, and plug it into the "chargeit". Recharge the Chargeit when driving your car.

Another way is to connect your cell phone to your laptop it'll share batteries 1.take any old usb cable and cut the end that doesn't plug into the computer
2.strip it and you should find four wires
3. find the red and black wires
4.strip those
5.now take out your cell phone battery and find where it says (+) and (-) dont worry about the (T) its a temperature sensor for charging.
6.now take the wires the red is (+) and the black is (-) and touch them to the (+) and (-) parts in the back of the phone and put in the battery so the wires are sandwiched between the phone and the battery
7. now plug in usb cable to a computer and let it charge for about 5-10 mins dont over charge it
8. you should be fine.

There was tutorial that I read which involves splicing usb wires and connecting it straight to the battery to charge it. Id say if you have any spare usb wires and extra time to give it a shot and even possibly build something out of it. As for things online they make them not sure if ive seen any yet for the X though.

Found it: NOTE: I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE DONE TO ANY PHONE, BATTERY, ETC. FOLLOW THESE STEPS WITH CAUTION TO AVOID RISK OF DAMAGE.

1. Take your cable and cut off one of the ends, leaving a standard USB plug at the opposite end to plug into your computer.

2. Now you need to strip about and inch of the wire off until you get to the core where you should see 4 colored wires (red, black, white, and green). The colors don't really matter and they may vary, just as long as you can see a red wire and a black wire.

3. Strip off about a quarter inch of the rubber sleeving on the red and black cables, exposing the actual metal wire.

4. Twist the metal strands of each of the wires a couple of times so that all of the wires from the black cable are together and all of the wires from the red cable are together. This is just to make sure that you don't create a short circuit.

5. Here's where it gets a little tricky. You are going to use this cable to make the phone think the battery is fully charged, when in fact you will just be powering the phone using the power from the USB port. Pull out the battery on your phone and find the 4 exposed metal slots (the battery terminals).

6. Each of the far terminals should be labeled with a plus (+) or a minus (-). What you need to do is put exposed leads on the red wire up to the positive terminal and the leads of the black wire up to the negative terminal.

Hello well today has been a good day. I got my current event for coach b. Thank heavens. I got it cuz i have this lg 101 i call my current event phone cuz i got all my current events from it. Well today at school there was a half a day. So that was good thing. Well i cant wait to marcg cuz my dad is finally going to do a family plan and we mite get blackberrys curves new kind; but i want google opitmas which its a tmobile for prepaid or contract( I hope that i get the phone that i want. We are going food shoppin today. Well bye for now.:)

Well, Hello whats up yesterday i went on the feild trip it was worth 10.00. WELL that was so fun speicall the imax ot sucks that we could not keep the glasses.
